PayPal稳定币PYUSD上线Solana，引起话题的秘密转帐功能是什么？

支付巨头 Paypal 在去年 8 月于以太坊上推出美元稳定币 PYUSD ，由 Paxos Trust Company 发行，背后储备 100% 以上的美元现金、美国国债、以及现金等价物，而 PayPal 周三宣布， PYUSD 将在公链 Solana 上线。

Paypal 表示，Solana 以极低成本高速处理大量交易而闻名，为商业用例提供显著优势，作为稳定币转帐最常使用的区块链，Solana 已成为运行代币化交易的领先区块链，随著 Solana 持续被用于支付应用案例，成为 PYUSD 的理想选择。

提供秘密转帐功能

值得注意的是，根据 Solana 基金会文章， Solana 链上 PYUSD 采用新一代 SPL 代币标准「Token Extension」，提供扩充功能「秘密转帐」（Confidential transfers），允许商家「为其消费者的交易金额提供保密性，同时为监管目的保持可见性」。

比特币开发者 Udi Wertheimer 对此功能感到惊讶，他发推表示：

Helius Labs 执行长 Mert Mumtaz 表示，Paypal 扩展至 Solana 并不仅是因为速度，Solana 还允许在 L1 上进行秘密转帐和代币可编程，光是秘密转帐这部分就足以改变游戏规则。

其他 PYUSD 扩充功能包括「传输钩子」，允许在每次代币传输时调用特定程式，以对钱包资产进行更多细微控制。 Solana 基金会表示，其代币扩充功能标准为 PYUSD 提供多种好处，包括减少开发和测试、随插即用、灵活性等。

PYUSD 未有显著成果

但尽管 Paypal 大力支持，但 PYUSD 自去年 8 月上线以来，表现并不亮眼，目前为止，以太坊链上的 PYUSD 仅有 8,761 位持有者，市值不到 4 亿美元，相较于两大稳定币龙头 USDT 、 USDC 尚显得微不足道。
